RLC wants to represent the best and in our experience candidates that are recommended by other recruiters are typically of a high standard. We will therefore be happy to reward anybody recommending a colleague subsequently placed by RLC.

In order to receive this reward you do not have to be registered with us yourself and we will of course respect your wishes if you wish your recommendation to be confidential.   

All we ask is that the person recommended is not actively registered with us and that they are successful and professional recruiters. 

We will then send you a cheque for £300 once the candidate has completed the required probationary period and we have received a fee for their introduction..
